French Drain

Installation of new systems

Drainage problems around the house can lead to ponding, mold or even water damage in and around your home. Fortunately, these problems can be avoided simply by installing a French drain system. A French drain is a trench filled with perforated pipe and gravel that allows water to drain away naturally from your property.

Take advantage of our specialized water drainage service. Our service includes membrane and French drains to ensure lasting structural integrity and protect your property from runoff and moisture. Water management can ensure the durability and strength of your property for years to come.

Excavation

We excavate a trench deep enough to ensure that the drain can do the job.

Filter membrane

We lay down a membrane of filter fabric to prevent debris from clogging the drain.

Bed of gravel

We then spread a layer of 0-3/4 gravel to improve soil drainage.

Connection

We then cut and fix the pipes with specialized glue before installing them in place.

Installation

We install the pipe assembly in the trench.

Filling

Finally, we fill the trench with gravel and filter membrane to maximize drainage.

Top soil and Turf

We finish with a generous layer of black top soil and, if requested, install rolls of grass.
